MEDC Manifesto & Michigan Business
During my time at 9thWonder, MEDC needed a manifesto encompassing how Michigan is filled with advancements that helped shape the world through technology. This Shakespearean approach manifesto perfectly captures that.
In fair Michigan we lay our scene
And what is it we see
As our hand lays upon our cheeks
Our sight gazes upon carriages that run not on horses, but horsepower
We see new inventions, and the most advanced apothecaries
One, two, three, FOUR vast Great Lakes
Oh how one could swim for miles and miles on
We see advancement in this rural land
How we wish our minds to be in a land of such profess
We ponder, is it fear that holds us back?
Fear shall not be thy enemy or foe
Fear is but a friend
Two words, both alike in dignity
It is thou guide to new beginnings
Fear is change
And change is opportunity
For MEDC’s holiday campaign, I contributed by writing the copy to bring awareness to support Michigan small businesses during the holiday season.
